Professor Wyatt Sassman

Professor Sassman teaches and researches in the areas of environmental law and litigation, environmental justice, and inequality. He co-directs the University of Denver Environmental Law Clinic and is an affiliated faculty member with the Center for Environmental Justice at Colorado State University. Professor Sassman’s scholarship is available here. Before joining the University of Denver faculty, Professor Sassman taught as a fellow at Georgetown University Law Center, worked as an associate attorney at the Southern Environmental Law Center, and clerked for Judge Gilbert S. Merritt, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
