Ruth Elizabeth Morris

Court Reports Editor

Ruth Elizabeth is a 3L at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She has a B.A. in English Literature and an M.F.A. in Creative Writing. Before law school, Ruth Elizabeth worked in strategic communications for universities.  Years of studying nature poetry fostered her passion for conservation, which led her to law school to become a lawyer who specializes in water and other natural resources. In addition to being Court Reports Editor for WLR, Ruth Elizabeth has also served as Tech Editor for Environment at 5280 and a student-attorney in DU's Environmental Law Clinic. Outside of class she enjoys amateur meteorology, tabletop gaming, and paddleboarding with her border collie, Kelso.
