Alexander is a second-year student serving as an Articles Editor for the Water Law Review. Growing up in Cleveland, Ohio, Alexander was connected to water law and water justice from a young age, spending time on Lake Erie and the Cuyahoga River. Alexander attended Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Mathematical Finance and Bachelors of Arts in Political Science. While in the Hill Country, Alexander was exposed to the historic drought in Texas and its impacts on many reservoirs and the Edwards Aquifer. Now, in Colorado, when Alexander is not studying on the third floor of the law library, he is hiking and backpacking during the warm months or skiing and snowshoeing in the colder months.
