Nikki Hernandez is a 2L who has been on the Water Law Review since her first semester of law school. She grew up in Colorado Springs and was indoctrinated into the water challenges of the front range. Nikki’s interest in water law centers around equity issues. All of her extended family lives in the Rio Grande Valley of south Texas and have always had limited access to clean water. Nikki hopes to learn more about ways to increase equity in water law and is excited to be involved in planning for this year’s Water Law Symposium.
