Caroline grew up frequenting the Barton Creek Greenbelt, a 12-mile strip of swimming holes, limestone cliffs, and trails in Austin, Texas. She studied Literature and Native American Studies at Colorado State University, and is now a 2L at DU. Caroline enjoys reading and writing about the intersection between Indigenous knowledge and water schemes. When not in school, Caroline is traveling, cooking, and worrying.
