Editor Emeritus

Julia is a 4L part-time law student. She previously served as staff editor, articles editor, and managing editor of the Water Law Review. In her final semester at DU, she is the Editor Emeritus, kicking back and filling in where she is needed. Julia is from Indiana and received her bachelor's and master's degrees from Indiana University Bloomington. After a short stint running farmer's markets in Washington, DC, she moved to the Colorado High Country to experience life in the mountains and rivers. After living in Summit County next to the Dillon Reservoir and Snake River, she decided to join the Water Law Review to learn more about the management of water resources in Colorado. In her free time, she likes to snowboard (badly), paddle board, watch movies with her cat, and read Stephen King novels.
