Julia grew up in Indiana and moved to Colorado in 2021. She is a 3L at DU and became fascinated by water law when she saw the destruction to the Colorado River firsthand. When not at school, she is trad climbing, paddle boarding, making and editing videos, and cooking with her sister and cat.
